Jordan is a Senior Lecturer in Sport Management, Development & Esports at the University of Chichester, UK. He was an expert consultant on two global research projects commissioned by the International Working Group on Women and Sport (IWG) from 2012-2014 and 2016-2018 and has published in international peer-reviewed journals about leadership, participation and inclusion, and socio-historical developments for women in sport. Since 2011, he has been closely associated to the Anita White Foundation (AWF) and the Women's Sport Leadership Academy (WSLA).
